Services
Atkins Local AI provides business websites, Pixel AI assistants, lead tools, customer workspaces, setup, hosting, and related support according to the package and order details shown at purchase. Features that depend on an outside provider are available only when that provider is connected and operational.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, hold the rights or permission needed for material you upload, review content before approval, keep account access secure, and use the service lawfully. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, unlawful content, malware, or information you are not authorized to share.
AI and business information
AI-generated material can contain errors. Customers must review business facts, claims, prices, policies, and final website content. Pixel is designed to stay within approved business information and hand off when uncertain, but it does not replace professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Payments and subscriptions
Setup charges and recurring prices are displayed before payment. Stripe processes payments. Recurring service continues until canceled according to the terms shown during checkout and the billing and cancellation policy.
Domains and outside services
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration succeeds. Customers remain responsible for accurate registrant details and lawful use. Registrars, payment processors, hosting networks, data providers, and other services can have separate terms, limits, or outages.
Availability and acceptable use
Do not probe security, evade usage limits, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person or company, interfere with service, or use the platform to send unlawful or deceptive communications. We may limit or suspend access to protect customers, providers, or the platform.
