Billing and cancellation
Effective September 16, 2026
Charges
The setup price shown at checkout is the full amount due immediately and includes the first month of service. The recurring monthly subscription begins one month after checkout. Stripe sends the payment confirmation and manages payment methods. Taxes or provider charges, when applicable, are shown before they are collected.
Canceling recurring service
You may request cancellation through the available Stripe billing portal or the Atkins Local AI contact form. Unless the order states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period. Canceling does not automatically reverse setup work already purchased or completed.
Refund review
Refund eligibility depends on the order, work already completed, provider costs already incurred, and applicable law. Submit the business name, purchase email, date, and reason through the contact form. We review the payment record and respond with the available resolution. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Failed payments and disputes
A failed or unpaid renewal may pause service after provider notices and any applicable grace period. Customer records are retained for safe review and possible reactivation. Contact us before filing a dispute so we can identify the order and attempt to resolve the issue.
