ATKINS LOCAL AI POLICY
Privacy policy
Effective October 13, 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you submit when requesting a quote, purchasing a package, completing business intake, using a customer or employee workspace, sending a lead, or contacting a Pixel assistant. This can include names, contact details, business information, uploaded materials, project activity, and payment or subscription references. Stripe processes payment-card information; Atkins Local AI does not store complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to deliver and support purchased services, build websites and assistants, operate customer and employee workspaces, respond to requests, prevent abuse, keep business records, and improve system reliability. AI features receive only the information needed to complete the requested task.
Service providers
We use service providers for identity, hosting, AI processing, payments, notifications, business-data research, domains, and infrastructure. They process information according to their own agreements and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
Optional Google website connection
If you connect Google for a website we manage, we use your Google account email, authorization credentials, website verification information, and search indexing results to verify that website, submit its sitemap, and monitor search setup. Authorization credentials are encrypted and separated by company and business. Authorized operators can see setup results for the business they manage, not your Google password or authorization tokens. We do not use this connection to read Gmail or Drive, sell Google data, serve advertising, or train AI models.
You can disconnect monitoring in your website domain screen or revoke access through your Google account. Disconnecting removes the stored refresh token; the public website verification marker stays in place to preserve your Google ownership. To request deletion of retained connection records, use our contact form. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Limited Use requirements.
Company separation and access
Workspaces use role and company controls. Customers see their purchased system, employees see assigned work, company owners and administrators see their company’s management records, and the Atkins Local AI platform owner can access operational records needed for security, maintenance, and support.
Retention, correction, and deletion
We keep records while an account or service is active and as reasonably needed for billing, security, support, legal obligations, and recovery. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, use the Atkins Local AI contact form. Some records may be retained where required for payment, fraud, dispute, or legal purposes.
Security and changes
We use access controls, protected credentials, validation, request limits, and activity records to reduce risk. No system can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
