What counts as a closed deal? You register the opportunity with Atkins Local AI before the sale, the customer signs the approved agreement, and Atkins Local AI receives the full setup payment. Commission is calculated on the setup money collected after discounts, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. It becomes payable after a 14-day commission hold and is paid on the next monthly payout date.
No commission for recruiting people. No recurring commission at launch. Website-building work is a separate assignment with separate written pay. Rates can change for future opportunities, but an accepted opportunity keeps the written rate assigned to it.

Know what you’re joining
Employee program: Training enrollment is free for U.S.-based applicants age 18+. It creates a training profile, not a job offer, employment agreement, or legal partnership. No purchase or recruitment is required for training access.
The launch plan pays 20% of an eligible customer setup payment as described above. Earnings, customer volume, and work availability are not guaranteed. Each partner must accept written terms before paid work, handle their own applicable taxes, and follow contact, brand, and customer-protection rules. Atkins Local AI should have this plan and worker classification reviewed by a qualified attorney before enrolling people into paid activity.
Independent subscription: A separate planned offering for people operating their own businesses. No subscription payment is being taken. Monthly pricing, included capabilities, operating costs, and launch timing will be disclosed before purchase.
